Wheel Build Of The Week: ENVE M730 / ONYX

Wheel build of the week is back with this stunning Enduro / Trail wheelset featuring ENVE M730 carbon rims laced to ONYX hubs. While this is not a combination we see very often in our custom wheel dept, it's a great example of a bespoke build that's perfectly suited to its intended use.

ENVE's M730 carbon rims feature a 30mm internal rim and lifetime warranty, but there's more unique features on the inside to reduce pinch flats and make tubeless set up trouble free.

Using a patented Protective Rim Strip, the chance of pinch flats is greatly reduced (ENVE say eliminated!), while also making tire inserts unnecessary. This means saying goodbye to foam hoops, heavy DH casing tires, 30+ psi pressures, and dated rim designs. ENVE also took tubeless tape out of the equation, making tubeless setup as simple as sliding a strip onto the rim and setting the tire with a floor pump.

Paired with the extremely robust ONYX hubs, these wheels are built to take a ton of abuse out of the trail.. and to top it off they run in stealth mode with a totally silent free hub with instant engagement.
