Order Times.
Orders for in stock products typically ship out within 1-2 business days of purchase. If your order contains pre-order items, we’ll ship according to product availability.
In order to offer you the widest possible selection of colors, specs and sizes we assemble many products on demand according to your order. This takes a little longer so please consider this when you place your order!
Free Shipping On US Domestic Orders $200+.
We offer free shipping on most USA orders (excluding wheels, rims and larger items) $200+ using USPS First Class or Priority Mail. If you require a faster service please take a look at our UPS shipping options.
International Orders.
If you require your shipment faster please select one of our upgraded options from UPS. USPS is not the fastest shipping service and can take a week or more to reach some locations in Europe, Asia and Australia so please bear this in mind if you are in a rush, and select one of our expedited shipping options. The tracking options available with USPS International shipping can also be more limited, so again, if this is important please select one of our upgraded shipping options.
Any hold ups related to local postal services that handle delivery of USPS packages to other countries are outside of our control and the responsibility of the customer to follow up with their local postal service.
Tracking Your Order.
Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with shipping details, including tracking information(please check your SPAM folder if you don’t see this).
Shipping Insurance.
Shipsurance is included with your order and covers loss or damage of packages in transit. In some cases, we may also purchase additional shipping insurance directly from the carrier at the time of shipment. Please note that Shipsurance will only allow claims to be submitted after 20 calendar days for domestic shipments and 40 calendar days for international shipments. Customs Delays.
Finally, while we’re more than happy to ship anywhere in the world, orders do sometimes get held up in customs or with foreign postal services. Both of these are outside of our control and are the responsibility of the customer to follow up on any delay to expedite a package stuck in customs or additional duties that may be payable.
You (the customer) are responsible for any customs duties that are payable and refusal to do so will mean your package is returned to us. If this happensany additional fees for returning the package to us will be debited from your refund, and / or you will be liable for any additional fees to re-ship the package.
