Our website is hosted by Shopify, and all payments are processed directly using Shopify.
This means that we do not store your card details on our site, instead using the Shopify system to store everything securely. This also ensures we are 100% PCI compliant.
Paying By Card.
When you reach the checkout section you can select to pay using one of the many supported card payment methods:
- VISA
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Discover
- JCB
- Diners Club
- Shopify Pay
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
Paying By PayPal.
Alternatively you can select the PayPal option when you reach checkout. This will then direct you to the PayPal site to complete the transaction before returning you to the AVT site at the end.
Paying Using QuadPay (USA & Canada ONLY).
Customer in USA & Canada can pay for any pruchase over $399 using QuadPay which lets you split your payment into 4 monthly, interest free payment. More info here.
Declined Transactions.
Transactions can be declined due to issues with overseas shipping addresses, ZIP code mismatch, or where a shipping / billing address do not match. Please contact us if you are having issues processing a payment and we can try to help resolve these or suggest an alternative method of payment. If you are having issues with credit card authorisation or do not have a credit card we would suggest you create a PayPal account, add funds to it directly (or link it to your bank account) and then checkout on our site using PayPal.
Payment By Bank Transfer.
Our final payment method available if all of the above fail is a direct bank (wire) transfer. Please contact us for our bank details if you would like to pay this way, and please note that this method does take longer and could delay your order from shipping by up to a week or more while payment clears.
Currency Conversions.
We're a US based company so all transactions are handled in USD/$$ and then converted to your local currency by your credit card provider. Any issues with currency conversions are outside of our control. Any refunds will be issued directly in USD/$$ for the same amount that you paid for the product in question, but again due to currency changes the exact amount you receive may be different to what you paid.
