Here at AVT we have customers all around the world but occasionally we run into some much closer to home like Jordan who lives just down the road from us in Talent, Oregon.

After he bought a few parts from AVT we spotted his new bike being built up in a local bike shop and just had to shoot it for a Bling Build blog post as it's a pretty special and one off unique build with a strong Oregon / NorCal flavor!

Jordan set out to make this bike a combination of all the great hardtails he's ridden in the past, including a Ti WTB Phoenix which he still rides regularly. It's primary use is a single track climbing machine, with a non suspension corrected geometry and plus size tires for comfort.

The chasis is a stunning Steve Pott's Ti frame. Widely regarded as one of THE BEST in the business when it comes to welding Ti frames, Steve's welds are some of the most impeccable you'll ever see. Based in the very small town of Fort Jones an hour or so south of us in NorCal, Steve's shop is normally pretty open and welcoming if you happen to be in the area and want to pop your head in for a look around.

Finishing touches include a full set of Pott's made parts including ridig fork, Ti steatpost, stem and handlebars. From there the build gets into familiar territory for us here at AVT with a mix of Chris King and White Industries parts.

Jordan managed to snag a set of violet Chris King parts at the end of last summer before they were discontinued, so this features the full set of ISO Boost hubs, NoThreadset and Threadfit 30 BB all in violet. A White Industries M30 crankset is set up using the Wolf Tooth Camo spider and chainring, a neat variation on the White Industries TSR chainring which allows an easier chainring swap without having to remove the crank.

Sit back and enjoy the photos and marvel over this absolutely stunning build!
