Thank you for shopping at AVT.Bike. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our products can be returned within 60 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund. In the event that you receive a defective product or we make an error in your shipment, we will replace it at no cost to you and pay for the return shipping as well. When returning non-defective items or when there was no error on our part, we will still gladly accept your return and the return shipping cost is yours in that case. To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The product was purchased in the last 60 days
The product is in its original packaging
The product isn't used or damaged
Returns are accepted only for items that have never been installed and are in brand new condition with all original packaging & materials. Hubs are returnable only if they have never been assembled and no spokes have been inserted and there are no marks of any kind on the hub shell. For headsets and bottom brackets they cannot be returned if they have been installed onto a frame / fork in any way.
Custom Orders (Wheels, Forks, Frames)
When we build custom items (examples include all AVT Works custom built wheelsets, Wound Up custom forks, and bike frames) these are built to your own specification and are not a product that we sell as a stock item. As such we charge a 20% re-stocking fee on these items should you wish to return a custom made product after you have received it.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. For non defective products, you are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from AVT.Bike. Of course, if we made a mistake such as sending you the wrong product we will cover any shipping costs to return the product to us and get the right product out to you.
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Most manufacturer's make their own warranty determinations, rather than letting dealers make the determination. Manufacturers would like to inspect every component that is submitted for warranty so they can evaluate changes that may or may not need to be made. You are welcome to send your component to us and we will then forward it to the manufacturer, or you can send your component directly to the manufacturer, whichever you prefer. Regardless of the currency you made your purchase in, all transactions on our site are conducted in USD. If we issue a refund to you, we are only able to refund on our end in USD. Your refund will then be converted to your own currency by your bank card company or by PayPal. Please note that you may receive more or less than your original purchase price due to the exchange rate difference.
