Order Preparation Times.
The majority of products sold on our website have a 3-5 day processing time to prepare each order for shipment, especially with the wide range of different colored components we sell such as hubs, headsets and bottom brackets. Many of these require some assembly prior to shipment so please allow extra time for this.
In order to offer you the widest possible selection of colors, specs and sizes we assemble many products on demand according to your order. This takes a little longer so please consider this when you place your order!
Free Shipping On US Domestic Orders Over $99.
We offer free shipping on all USA orders (excluding wheels & rims) over $99 using USPS First Class or Priority Mail. If you require a faster service please take a look at our UPS shipping options.
International Orders & Expected Shipping Times.
We ship the majority of orders using USPS First Class Mail (both domestic & International) which provides cost effective rates, especially to overseas locations.
However, USPS is not the fastest shipping service and can take a week or more to reach some locations in Europe, Asia and Australia so please bear this in mind if you are in a rush, and select one of our expedited shipping options. The tracking options available with USPS International shipping can also be more limited, so again, if this is important please select one of our upgraded shipping options.
In general USPS First Class International will take 7-10 days to reach destinations such as Europe, Australia or Asia but this can vary greatly depending on the local postal service responsible for "last-mile" delivery. If you require your shipment faster please select one of our upgraded options from UPS or FedEx.
Any hold ups related to local postal services that handle delivery of USPS packages to other countries are outside of our control and the responsibility of the customer to follow up with their local postal service.
The majority of domestic shipments using USPS First Class will take approx 3 days to West Coast destinations and 5 days to East Coast destinations. Selecting Priority Mail within the US will speed this up.
Tracking Your Order.
Once your order ships you will receive an automated email from ShipStation, our shipping platform with tracking information (please check your SPAM folder if you don’t see this).
If you selected optional insurance for your purchase this is provided by ShipSurance and covers you for loss or damage of packages in transit. More detailed information on Shipping Insurance can be found here. To make a claim please contact us.
Finally, while we’re more than happy to ship anywhere in the world, orders do sometimes get held up in customs or with foreign postal services. Both of these are outside of our control and are the responsibility of the customer to follow up on any delay to expedite a package stuck in customs or additional duties that may be payable.
Unless you specifically ask us, we will declare the value of the package with the full retail price, along with other information such as the material contents and origin of the products in the shipment. We do try to accommodate requests to mark the value down but this is not always possible, so please be prepared to pay any customs duties.
You (the customer) are responsible for any customs duties that are payable and refusal to do so will mean your package is returned to us. If this happens any additional fees for returning the package to us will be debited from your refund, and / or you will be liable for any additional fees to re-ship the package.
