Chris King DropSet 5

Long awaited, but finally and actually here is Chris King's latest addition to their DropSet line of integrated headsets: the DropSet 5. This new DropSet is a 42/52mm 45x45º integrated headset designed specifically for the deeper ream of current model-year Specialized mountain bikes. What that means is that while the bearings have common dimensions, the top cap had to be modified to work with the placement of the bearings in the frame.

To the best of our knowledge, these headsets will only fit current model-year Specialized mountain bikes, but in any case, it's worth checking out this fitting guide to verify that this headset will fit your bike!
